We've been using this plugin for a few months now, and it has worked great so far. No complaints. We haven't upgraded yet to the paid version because we haven't needed to but may do so in the future if our volume increases.

I am a novice with 0 knowledge of coding and yet I had set on a voyage to develop a website. It is because of plugins like these, that i was successful in this endeavor. The plugin is so easy to use and the support team is so easy to reach. I haven't found a better customer support in my entire life for any kind of product or service. I highly recommend it. I you are making a careers page on WordPress, this plugin should be your top priority.

PROS: The tool itself is useful. The info pages and application process are streamlined. The setup process is very simple and straightforward. Creating jobs is easy. And there's enough control to create a custom application page.
CONS: The tool, however, starts to fall apart once you try to complete more power-user type functions. For example, there is no way to filter out or select applications outside the default "category", "type", "location" and "job title". And even though you can create specific application input fields in the application process such as "Level of "Experience", "Location", "Start Date" etc., none of these options will be available in your filters. This makes it incredibly difficult for hiring teams to select applicants based on specific criteria and are instead forced to read though every application.
While I recommend this application, it's not ideal for companies that experience high volumes of applications and/or companies that need access to more specific input fields such as Location, Start Date, Availability, Experience, Etc.
TL:DR - this is a basic tool that's great for starting out with.
