Zalo Official Account được dùng cho các doanh nghiệp, cửa hàng, hộ kinh doanh giới thiệu sản phẩm dịch vụ và thương hiệu, bạn có thể kết hợp quảng bá thương hiệu đến rộng rãi người dùng kèm với đăng tải sản phẩm trên mục cửa hàng được tích hợp trực tiếp vào OA.
Ngoài ra, Zalo OA còn có thể giúp khách hàng chat trực tiếp trên web.
Zalo Official Live Chat giúp tích hợp Zalo Official vào website của bạn.
Để tích hợp Zalo OA bạn cần tài khoản Zalo Official Account. Bạn có thể tạo theo link sau: https://oa.zalo.me/manage/oa?option=create
Sau đó vào Settings -> Zalo OA Chat và điền vào Zalo Official Account ID

- Cài đặt Plugin
- Setting -> Zalo OA Chat
- Điền thông tin Zalo Official Account ID
